Statistics & probability for skeptics

Prof Phil Withers from UWA is biologist with a special interest in statistics and probability. He’ll talk to us about how statistics influences our everyday life and how a lot of it is counter-intuitive.

We will meet at 7pm and hear Phil’s talk from about 7.20 (flexible), then have questions and discussion.

Venue is Henry on Eighth bar, 49 Eighth Ave, Maylands. You can order food and drink downstairs.
