DESCRIPTION:Who do we trust to tell us the truth about issues like climate change\, vaccination\, vitamin supplements and all the rest? It might not be as easy as we might think to tell a ‘real’ expert from a ‘fake’ or ‘wanna-be’ one. \nThe good news is that we’ve found a new venue that has a quiet\, private\, upstairs room where we can get drinks and food delivered from downstairs in the hotel.\nWe aim to combine with the Perth Atheists and WA Humanists\, to make this meeting a big one. The hotel wants us to spend (of course) and if we buy enough drinks and food\, we’ll have the place free of charge from March onwards (Feb meeting is free).\nFor those RSVPing ‘yes’ the hotel’s management has told us we can send out a menu prior to the meeting\, so you can pre-order if you like. \nThe room is upstairs and booked under “Perth Skeptics’. \nParking is free\, out the back – enter via driveway on downhill side of hotel.
